When you use the contact form, we receive your first and last name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), the subject and the content of your message.

Like any website, the hosting provider keeps technical logs (IP address, date and time, requested page) needed for security and proper operation.

Purpose

Your data is used only to answer your request and, where applicable, to prepare a quote or carry out an assignment. It is never sold, rented or used for advertising.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no cookies, no analytics tools and no advertising trackers. Fonts are hosted on our own server, so no data is sent to third parties when you visit.

Recipients and hosting

Messages are delivered by e-mail through our hosting provider, OVH (France, European Union), whose level of data protection is recognised as adequate by Switzerland.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, then deleted, subject to legal retention obligations.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to support@keuzzdar.com. You also have the right to contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
